Big Easy Golf, Inc. president, Jeff Cohen, is the founder and former
Publisher of "GolfReview", a magazine covering golf and golfers in the
Gulf Coast regions of Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Mississippi and Alabama, a
background which has enabled him to become knowledgeable in the area's vast array of golf
courses, especially the booming Mississippi
Gulf Coast, which is becoming a golf Mecca along with the gaming resorts that have
helped the area gain national prominence. A transplant from Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, Cohen is the
former Director of Sales and Marketing for several casino giants such as Circus Circus,
Bally's and Boomtown. Having spent his career in the hospitality industry,
Cohen applies the same standards of customer service that went to the casino "high
rollers". "Our passion is golf and our emphasis is on exceptional customer service. Our goal is to put together great golf outings at affordable prices on the best courses available, along with nice accommodations, to ensure a memorable golf experience". A self described passionate, but average (13.6 handicap) golfer, Cohen understands what golfers are looking for in a golf outing.
